COVID-19: We comply with all COVID-19 regulations set by the State and the State Board of Cosmetology. We will make adjustments to the rules as we receive them.
24 Hours Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable and so is ours, we also know that life happens and plans change, that is why we have made it very easy for our clients to re-schedule and cancel appointments without having to call the shop during business hours by using the link provided in the appointment confirmation email and text. Appointments can also be synch to your google calendar. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior the appointment time will result in 50% charge or the reserved service amount.
No shows and last minute cancellation (less than 6 hours) will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. This policy applies to same day appointments.
Exception: If you are cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment due to COVID-19 symptoms and exposure, give us a call to avoid charges.
Late Arrival
We kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes before your scheduled service. Late arrivals may result in not being able to receive all services booked or in having to re-schedule with a No Show charge.
Gratuities
We regret we cannot add a gratuity to a credit card transaction. Our stylists graciously welcome cash and Venmo tips.
Our Guarantee
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the results of the service received, please contact us and we will gladly make any adjustments within 7 days of the original appointment date. Refunds are not available.
Kids
No Children under 13 years of age in the salon to avoid disrupting the relaxing atmosphere we want to provide our clients. Please make child care arrangements prior.
Guests
Please refrain from bringing guests with you for the duration of the service.
Pets
We love them just as much as you do but, they are not allowed in the salon.
